Terms and Conditions of picture submission

By sending your photographs via text, post or email you are agreeing to the conditions below:

You must have the model's consent before sending any pictures. The publishers cannot accept liability for any pictures. The publishers cannot accept liability for any legal claims that may arise over the copyright of material sent to us. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure they own copyright that they have the legal right to send the photographs to us.

By sending photographs through the post, email or text, the model/s and photographer agree that the material can be used for publication, re-used, exhibitions, displays, print and reprint, copy or reproduced in advertising, publicity and promotional material, magazines, books and in electronic storage/distribution/publishing systems, for whatever purpose, with alteration and/ or retouching, and in any medium including internet use by Fire Publishing both nationally and internationally without any compensation.

Both model/s and photographer also agree that materials can be deemed to represent an imaginary person and that any wording accompanying them shall not be considered to be attributed to both model and photographer personally even if specifically mentioned by name.

Both model/s and photographer also agree that at the time these photographs were taken that all parties involved were over 18 years of age and agree not to prosecute, institute proceedings, claims and demands, against Fire Publishing in connection with these materials.

This agreement will remain valid in the event of any dispute, and cannot be withdrawn at a future date. click here for a copy of the submission form that needs to be filled out.
